Orulisa’s story is formed by generations from Liébana linked by a genuine way of elaborating liquor. It passes calmly from the earth to the glass without the intervention of any other philosophy but the love for the profession in the process, neither other mechanisms than the typical of an ancient craftsmanship. 

Orulisa works as our grandmother Justina taught us decades ago: with a caress to the plants, with real copper stills for the distillation, with effort and a lot of patience.

The ingredients suppliers are local farmers. The production, the one we can reach without betraying our familiar legacy. The result is an ecological orujo that contains the unmistakable aroma and taste of the Cantabrian fields, without any rush but the stipulated by the seasons.
